LAURA TARLOW
Laura Tarlow, MBA, CMPE, is currently the Executive Director for a full service practice management and billing service company, Healthy Network Management, LLC., serving Surgical and Anesthesia physician groups in NJ. In addition to her current role with HNM, she serves as Executive Director for the larges physician - only anesthesia practice in NJ. Prior to working in the private practice arena, Laura was the Administrator for Cornell University Medical College's Department of Anesthesiology. She also held positions in major teaching hospitals in Boston, Miami, NYC, including director of clinical service at New York Hospital. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the business school honor society. Laura has lectured for various national organizations and various state medical societies. She has authored many articles and lectures for those organizations. Laura is very active in the Medical Group Management Association where she served on the Anesthesia Administrator Association's (AAA) Executive Board and was President of the AAA group.

DEB MATHIS
Deborah Mathis, CPA, CHBC, is a Director with the Healthcare Services Group of Cowan, Gunteski &Co. As a Certified Healthcare Business Consultant ("CHBC"), Ms. Mathis is uniquely qualified in both the financial and operational facets of medical practices. She is recognized in the healthcare industry as a consultant with a proven track record of helping physicians keep more of the hard-earned money. Her areas of expertise include revenue enhancement strategies, practice vital signs, compensation formulas, physician buy /sell agreements, and practice valuations.

MIKE LEWIS
Mike Lewis, MBA, CMPE, is a Director of Healthcare Consulting with Cowan, Gunteski, &Co. With more than 27 years of experience as a senior executive in the healthcare industry, Mr. Lewis brings a wealth of knowledge in medical practice management to the Firm. Physician groups that he has managed have been recognized by the Medical Group Management Association ("MGMA") as among the "Best Practices" in the country with respect to billing and collection indicators. Mr. Lewis is an established authority in practice management, medical billing and claims, accounts receivable management, practice acquisition, healthcare information systems, credentialing, electronic medical record, as well as physician relations and compliance.

ABRAHAM KASBO
Abraham Kasbo is the CEO of Verasoni Worldwide Communications, which he founded in 2005. Recognized for his innovative marketing and public relations strategies, Mr. Kasbo founded Verasoni on the principals of providing clients with more meaningful, integrated communications programs that contribute to business growth and market share. From television production, web, public relations, events, advertising, Mr. Kasbo's firm is a full service integrated marketing and public relations firm. Verasoni represents clients in the United States, Canada, and the Middle East. Clients span healthcare, new media, entertainment, venture capital, investment banks, and not for profit organizations. He is an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University, where he teaches marketing and public relations at the Graduate Center Public Service. In November 2008, Mr. Kasbo launched Cambridge MedCom, as a division of Verasoni, to solely serve the healthcare provider market. Mr. Kasbo holds a graduate degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Policy & Management, and BA in Political Science / International Relations from Seton Hall University. As a graduate assistant at Seton Hall University, Abraham directed the Newark, NJ's DMA research effort to secure funding under the Ryan White Care Act for people living with AIDS.

MARGARET MCMULLEN
Margaret McMullen has a long track record for building skills in front-desk professionals and making businesses run better. She has spent 30 + years supporting CEOs, CIOs, and directors and managing offices. She has trained assistants, secretaries and front-desk personnel throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.K. She is a member of Toastmaster's International, American Society for Training and Development, and a local computer society speaker's bureau

RONALD WHITE
Ronald A. White, M.D., J.D. is the Chief of Surgery at Bergen Regional Medical Center. He is a graduate of Boston University School of Medicine and Rutgers School of Law. He is also the president of NJ Physicians, and the chairman of its Medical Malpractice Defense Panel, which was created to improve the legal environment for physicians in medical malpractice lawsuits.
