A Message from the Conference Chair Welcome to "Recipe for Success" a practice management conference presented by New Jersey Medical Group Management Association. The conference committee has been hard at work gathering speakers and materials to make this year's program the best ever. We will be presenting nationally known speakers and breakouts on many aspects of practice operations, team building and management. The program content has been designed to help you expand your knowledge and insight into some of the best -practice concepts being used today in medical group management. We are also excited to offer two master series sessions for more experienced managers and administrators. In addition to the educational sessions, you will be able to have the opportunity to network with your peers and build lasting relationships. We have assembled a fantastic group of exhibitors who will be showcasing their products and services related to our industry.
