From the Conference Chair

Dear Colleagues and Friends:

Welcome to PMC 2010 - “Invigorate! Stimulate! Participate! Grow Your Mind And Practice” To those who will be with us for the first time - a warm welcome - we look forward to meeting you. To those who have joined us before –we’re glad you’re back - it will be good to see you again.

The culmination of much work by many volunteers begun many months ago, we are confident that this year’s conference will fully meet our objectives of providing you with opportunities to be inspired and educated; to meet and interact with old friends and to make new ones; to visit with a large group of vendors offering an impressive array of products and services designed to assist in the day to day – and long term – management of your practice; to enjoy the many entertainment offerings of Atlantic City and, perhaps, to “decompress” a bit before heading back to the office.

Our three general session speakers for 2010 are nothing less than exceptional.

Joan Lunden, the award winning television journalist (longest running host of ABC TV’s Good Morning America and current host of Lifetime TV’s Health Corner), best-selling author, and international speaker will talk about the importance of what we do; effectively managing the delivery of health care services.

Dr. Bill Jesse, President and CEO of MGMA, recognized as one of the top 25 health care leaders in the United States, will provide his expert thoughts and insights on the current status of our nation’s health care system, and his opinions as to what the future may hold.

Drs. Vince and Vance Moss, recipients of The ABC News Person of the Week Award and U.S. Army veterans of both Iraq and Afghanistan, will inspire you – not simply with their life’s mission of achieving beyond the limits – but with what that philosophy will surely allow each of us to accomplish.

Sixteen breakout sessions are also being offered, providing a wide array of topics on many areas of healthcare practice management.

As in years past, we will be sponsoring a “Charity Walk” on Friday morning in support of a New Jersey based charity. We encourage your participation.

If you feel there is anything we can do to make your PMC 2010 experience more meaningful or enjoyable, please do not hesitate to contact our Executive Director, Heather Evans by phone: (609) 585-6881, or e-mail: hevans@hq4u.com

Sincerely,
