Exhibitor Registration Information
Making the decision to exhibit at this conference delivers an excellent opportunity to grow your business. You'll
interact with practice managers and physicians from across the region.
To support our exhibitors, all meals and breaks as well as any other function will take place in the exhibit hall.
To encourage attendees to visit exhibit booths, we're sponsoring a prize giveaway from MGMA.
Your exhibitor fee includes:
· 8' x 10' exhibit space (8' back wall & 3' side-rails)
· 6' draped table, wastebasket and (2) side chairs
· ID sign (Company Name, Booth Number, City, State)
· Two Exhibitor Booth Personnel
· Organizational listing with company description & contact information
in the Final Program Book.

Registering for this exciting conference is easy and convenient. You can download the registration forms and then mail them or fax them to us.
To receive the discounted room rate at BALLYS ATLANTIC CITY OF $85 per night, reservations must be made through the Reservations Department by calling
1-800-345-7253 between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Each individual must identify themselves with New Jersey Medical Group Management
Association in order to receive the discounted rate. Reservations must be made by 2/25/09.
