Exhibitor Registration Information

Making the decision to exhibit at this conference delivers an excellent opportunity to grow your business. You'll interact with practice managers and physicians from across the region. To support our exhibitors, all meals and breaks as well as any other function will take place in the exhibit hall.

To encourage attendees to visit exhibit booths, we're sponsoring a prize giveaway from NJ MGMA.

Your exhibitor fee includes:

· 8' x 10' exhibit space (8' back wall & 3' side-rails)
· 6' draped table, wastebasket and (2) side chairs
· ID sign (Company Name, Booth Number, City, State)
· Two Exhibitor Booth Personnel
· Organizational listing with company description & contact information in the Final Program SpacerBook.

Registering for this exciting conference is easy and convenient. You can download the registration forms and then mail them or fax them to us.

To receive the discounted conference room rate at Trump Taj Mahal Hotel & Casino of $ 95 per night, please call 1-800-825-8888 and ask for reservations. Be sure to mention the conference code ANJPMC. Reservations must be made by 3/31/2010. You can also make reservations online @ www.trumpmeetings.com All rooms are in the new Chairman Tower. Friday night stay is available for $150.00 with advance registration by 3/24/10.
