Attendee Registration Information

Registering for this exciting conference is easy and convenient. You can either register online with a credit card or you can download the registration forms and mail or fax them to us.

To receive the discounted room rate at BALLYS ATLANTIC CITY OF $110 per night, reservations must be made through the Reservations Department by calling 1-800-345-7253 between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Each individual must identify themselves with New Jersey Medical Group Management Association in order to receive the discounted rate. Reservations must be made by 2/25/09.
